第十九天  全球春雨大澆灌

當一個民族沒有希望，沒有補救措施時，上帝就有一個神聖的處方籤。

約珥書2:12-28

約珥書的第一章描述一場災難，導致整個經濟崩潰和農業遭受毀滅，這是耶和華對以色列屬靈背道者的審判。 以色列離開了他們的上帝。 這與美國和地球上的許多國家沒有太大的不同。 幸運的是，約珥開出了應對極端民族危機和消除瘟疫的處方。 處方是在謙卑裡轉向神,聯合禁食和祈禱。

我們不是在這次冠狀病毒瘟疫的災難中再次陷入困境嗎？ 地球上的萬民離開了他們的上帝，或是拒絕了萬王之王？ 讓我們不要錯過這神聖的處方，或無法抓住這神聖的時刻。 今天，以斯帖禁食的第二天，我們掌握了約珥的處方。 讓我們在全球中謙卑我們自己。 大衛說他禁食使自己的靈謙卑。我們承認我們的罪惡和我們國家的罪惡並離棄它們。 讓我們相信，這是上帝的所揀的禁食，我們被選擇在這個時候呼喚上帝，大聲喊道：“主啊，請保佑你們的人民”，以避免危機。

我們還能像以斯帖（Esther）時代那樣，在這個禁食,看到不義統治者的力量被打破，在七個領域中促進改革者的發展，因著此震動而將人傳出成熟的福音在這世界上嗎？ 這場風暴是否還會釋放出一種惡魔般的憤怒，這種惡魔般的憤怒會引起政治動盪，以消除以上帝為首的政治領導人，並制止這些天正在實施的天堂計劃？ 我們必須進行積極的禱告並宣告：“不在我們的守望中！”

有了我們內心的回應，我們不應該相信嗎？在這40天的全球約珥 / 耶穌 禁食和三天的以斯貼禁食中，命運將會突然發生逆轉，而我們的祈禱會隨著聖靈的全球澆灌中得到回應以及復興的雨水 約珥書2:28 “隨後（禁食之後），我將把我的靈倒在凡有血氣上。” 你會為你的國家而呼求哭泣嗎？

 

 

Day 19 ~  Global Outpouring of Latter Rain

When there is no hope for a nation, when there is no remedy, God has a holy prescription.

"Blow the trumpet in Zion. Consecrate a fast, call a sacred assembly, gather the people, sanctify the congregation, assemble the elders… Let them say, “Spare Your people, O Lord.” … Be glad you children of Zion, for He has given you the former rain faithfully, and He will cause the rain to come down for you, the former rain and the latter rain. And it shall come to pass afterward that I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions." - Joel 2:12-28

The first chapter of Joel depicts a scene of a devastating plague, leading to total economic collapse and agricultural devastation - the very judgments of the Lord against Israel’s spiritual apostasy. Israel has left their God. This isn’t too different from America and many nations on the earth. Fortunately, Joel gives a prescription for the extreme national crisis and the removal of the plague. The prescription is mass turning to the Lord in humility, united fasting, and prayer.

“Now, therefore,'' says the Lord, “Turn to me with all your heart, with fasting, with weeping, and with mourning.” - Joel 2:12

Are we not in another moment of devastation from this Coronavirus plague? Have the nations of the earth left their God or rejected the God of gods? Let us not miss the divine prescription or fail to seize this divine moment. Today, the second day of the Esther Fast, we lay hold of Joel’s prescription. Let us globally humble ourselves. David said he humbled his soul with fasting. Join me in confessing our sins and the sins of our nation and forsaking them. Let us believe that this is God’s chosen fast and that we were chosen to call upon Him in this hour, crying out, “Spare Your people, O Lord,” that God may avert the crisis.

Could we, in this fast, also see the breaking of the power of unrighteous rulers like in Esther's day, the promotion of reformers in the seven spheres of influence, and the sending forth of laborers into the world that is ripe for the gospel because of the shaking? Could this storm also be releasing a demonic rage that creates political upheaval in order to remove God-ordained political leaders and thwart the program of heaven that is being carried forth in these days? We must give ourselves to aggressive prayer, decreeing, “Not on our watch!”

With this response of our hearts, should we not believe that, in this 40-day Global Joel/Jesus Fast and three-day Esther Fast, sudden reversals of fortune will occur and that our prayers will be answered with a global outpouring of the Holy Spirit and the rains of revival in Joel 2:28? “And it shall come to pass afterward (after the fast) that I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh.” Would you cry out for your nation?
